    John Richard Herbstreith is a native of Michigan. He joined the Air Force when he was 19 years old. During his time in the Air Force, he served in Colombia, Korea, and later England. John earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science Electrical Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Sienna Heights University, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Spring Arbor University.

    John is also an author and enjoys spending time with his family. While he was stationed in Colombia, he met his wife, Lily John and Lily have been married for 20 years and have two kids.
