    These pictures feature the new Greenwich Village Apartments, which were developed by James Carell, Gerald Harmon and Don Hinkleman, and Howell Realty for Senior Citizen living.  The complex was on Riddle Street just north of  Byron Road, Howell, Michigan.  They opened in 1975 and featured 68 one bedroom apartments with complete kitchen appliances, carpeting, drapes, air conditioning, and patios.  Monthly rent in 1975 started at $150/month.
